Question: I am thinkning of joining YTB (Your Travel Biz) as a referring travel agent. Has anyone had SUCCESS?

my friend join YT for a startup cost of $499. i went to 2 seminars with her & it sound iteresting but i am skeptical about spending the money and not getting atleast the $499 back in return. is there anyone out there with a positive or negative experience with the company. is this opportunity worth my time? if so waht are some marketing ideas that would atleast able me to get my $499 back that i put into the company, just in case i done last.

Answer: I am a RTA for ytb but I have not as of yet found 'SUCCESS'. I have seen first hand the success of my upline (which is the reason i joined in the first place). He really started putting time into the business this last August and has made thousands since then. Just like in any business you can succeed or fail but I have realized many tips and tricks that has made my upline successful and plan to implement them myself. Also having a supportive knowledgeable upline increases your success chances exponentially. If you get sponsored by someone just looking for another notch on their belt there is a high chance you will become just another unsuccessful statistic.
Referring to your question about your time, its worth is correlated with the time you put in. I know thats cliche but it is the truth.
One tip I can give to you is, if you sign up try to work your business immediately. People get caught up and disheartened when they see the monthly charge but if you remember from the seminars those charges can be 'avoided'. In other words you do not have to pay them.
