Question: Can you keep the weight off after using Isagenix?

I want to give Isagenix a try (first the 9 day cleanse, and if it works, then the 30 day one), but I don't want to stay on its products forever. I want to lose 30-40 pounds. Is it possible to maintain at least most of the weight loss given that I eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly after the Isagenix programs? Thanks!

for me I eliminated 40 pounds over three months in the spring/summer of 2006 and have kept that weight off ever since. I do continue to use the shakes - because I enjoy them, but have gone without them (due to travel, busy schedule etc...) and have not put any weight back on.
